Welcome to the personal page of Mahon Baldwin. This is intended to be a portfolio of my work as well as a source of information about myself.

As a way of introduction, I am a Computer Information Technology major at BYU-Idaho. In my major I've found that I really enjoy programming and I hope to become a web application developer when I graduate in July 2010. My current experience resides with Java and some web-based languages, though I am, of course, willing to learn new programming languages. I have several projects that have helped to prepare me for the work place, and many that I have planned for the future, descriptions of some of these projects are available on the Portfolio & Projects page.

I believe in hard work with attention to detail. I emphasis good design planning to streamline the software production process while maintaining prescribed architecture and design principles and testing the bejeezers out of code before I deem it ready. I believe in being honest, openly admitting mistakes, and working together so all team members can excel. I believe that it is important to stand by the software and products I produce and will do what it takes to produce a good end product without errors.
